Petitioner apprehends arrest in registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

As per prosecution case, 5 liters of county made liquor was recovered from house of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that recovery of liquor has been made from the house of the petitioner, prayer for anticipatory
