For the reasons mentioned in the present petition as also considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is allowed and the registry is directed to restore the aforesaid writ petition bearing CWJC No. 1663 of 2016 to its original file subject to deposit of a sum of Rs. 500/- by the petitioner before the Patna High Court Legal
