The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is allegation of demand and subjecting cruelty and victim was done to death by poisoning and her dead body has been disposed without informing the public authority like police or the doctor and without conducting post mortem examination. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Section 304B I.P.C. is not applicable in this case as marriage of the victim had been solemnised ten years back.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail after framing of the charge on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2014. m.p.
