Mr.Sanjay Kumar Tiwary ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-05-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to remove defect (s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner has similar nature of criminal antecedent.
It has been argued by learned counsel for the petitioner that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4359 of 2022(2) dt.23-05-2022 2/2 Considering the antecedent of similar nature, I am not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application for regular bail is dismissed.
If the trial is not concluded within a year, the petitioner will have a liberty to move this Court for bail again. Let this order be communicated to the District Judge, Buxar for expediting the trial expeditiously. (Sandeep Kumar, J) sanjeev/- U T
