The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No.275 of 2022 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner rather recovery has been made from Rahul Kumar as well as his (Rahul) husk house. The petitioner has no concern with Rahul Kumar and the seized liquor in any manner. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
