The present writ application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for issuance of a writ of Mandamus commanding the respondent nos. 1 to 6 for removal of encroachment made by the private respondent nos. 7 to 12. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of grievance of the petitioner, an

Patna High Court CWJC No.2286 of 2019(2) dt.14-02-2019 2/2 order was passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Lakhisarai on 08.05.2017 vide Annexure-10 to the present writ application. The matter was referred to the respondent no. 5 i.e. The Circle Officer, Halsi Ramgarh Chowk Circle, Lakhisarai, to look into the matter but inspite of the aforesaid order dated 08.05.2017, no steps have been taken on the part of the respondent no. 5 i.e. The Circle Officer, Halsi Ramgarh Chowk Circle, Lakhisarai.

Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the respondent no. 5 i.e. The Circle Officer, Halsi Ramgarh Chowk Circle, Lakhisarai, is directed to take necessary steps in respect of the order dated 08.05.2017, passed by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, Lakhisarai, and pass an appropriate order in accordance with law, after giving an adequate opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties, within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. With the aforesaid observations and directions, the present writ application stands disposed of.
