The petitioner seeks bail in Dehri P.S. Case No. 392 of 2012 under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged that his father Janardan Singh @ Pujari was working as driver of the tractor of Laxman Singh and Sunil Singh (the petitioner). Sunil Singh (the petitioner) informed the informant that his father met with an accident but he was alright. Later on, the father of the informant died. The informant alleged that all the accused persons, namely, Laxman Singh, Sunil Singh and Munshi of Sunil Singh brutally assaulted his father. It is submitted that Laxman Singh and Sunil Singh (the Munshi), S/o of Late Kashinath Singh have already been enlarged on bail vide order dated 13.11.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15913 of 2014. The case of the petitioner stands exactly on the same

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3187 of 2015 (6) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 footing as that of the other two accused persons. Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Rohtas in Dehri P.S. Case No. 392/2012.
