2. This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking a direction to the respondents for granting arms license on the petitioner who is the legal heir of the father of the petitioner who was a licensee.

3. The pending application of the petitioner dated 05.05.2022 for grant of the arms license vide Case No. 33 of 2022 shall be disposed of by the District Magistrate, Buxar in light of Section 25 of Arms Rules, 2016 within 30.09.2024.

4. The petitioner has prayed for grant of arms license under the heir loom policy and this fact shall also be considered by the District Magistrate, Buxar.
