JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2016 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 10.11.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51485 of 2015 to the effect that the father's name of petitioner Guddu Mahto be read as Gorakh Mahto instead of Musahib Mahto. The said mistake perpetuated in the order since it was wrongly mentioned in the main petition as well as in the Vakalatnama.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make correction in the main petition however, a fresh Vakalatnama with the correct parentage of the petitioner Guddu Mahto has been filed.

Considering the above submission, the order dated 10.11.2015, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 51485 of 2015 is modified to the extent that the father's name of the petitioner Guddu Mahto be read as Gorakh Mahto instead of Musahib Mahto. It is submitted by the learned counsel

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5401 of 2016 (3) dt.09-11-2016 for the petitioner that during pendency of the present application the petitioner was arrested and has now been granted regular bail.

Accordingly, this modification application is disposed of.
