Patna High Court MJC No.504 of 2017(4) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 are certain errors in the order, which has been brought on record as Annexure -'B' to the show -cause.

The court is of the opinion that in contempt matter it would be difficult to examine the correctness of the said order. However, if petitioner still feels aggrieved with the said order, he would be at liberty to avail appropriate remedy, at least there is no reason to further proceed with this matter. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed of.
