The present application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no. 02(husband of the petitioner) by learned Additional Sessions Judge-XVII, Saran at Chhapra vide order dated 12.12.2025 passed in ABP No. 3615 of 2025 arising out of Parsa P.S. Case No. 249 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has not been able to make out a case for cancellation, however, he submits that Matrimonial Case No. 30 of 2026 is pending in the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna. He also submits that the petitioner has no source of income.

4. In view of the above, this application is dismissed with a direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna to conclude the proceedings of Matrimonial Case No. 30 of 2026 within three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order by holding day to day hearing. He is also directed to proceed ex-parte against the non-cooperating party and will send a report to this Court after three months.

5. List this case after three months under the heading "For Orders" for perusal of the report of Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna.

6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Patna through FAX for its compliance.
