The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 365/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

It is a case of abduction and committing murder of the sister of the informant by her husband in connivance with the petitioner and other accused

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner is an outsider and he has no concern with the deceased and her husband. It is further submitted that except confessional statement of the husband of the deceased, there is no any other evidence against the petitioner. The husband of the deceased is in custody since 24.03.2021. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection
