JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2021 The present petition has been taken up for consideration through the mode of Video conferencing on account of COVID 19 Pandemic, requiring social distancing. The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent- authorities to deploy police force so that the petitioner can complete the construction of her half constructed building as well as the boundary wall in question. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner had earlier approached this Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.4580 of 2021(2) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 by filing a writ petition bearing CWJC No. 16803 of 2014, however, she was permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the competent authority under section 15 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2005 for getting the final order executed/ implemented. It is further submitted that the petitioner had then filed a representation before the Collector, Madhubani, however, no action has been taken, thereafter.

The learned counsel for the State Shri Md. Sajid Salim Khan, SC-25, assisted by Mr. Ram Pravesh Nath Tiwari, Advocate, submits that if the petitioner approaches the Collector, Madhubani, appropriate steps shall be taken in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Collector, Madhubani by filing appropriate representation within a period of eight weeks from today, which shall be disposed of by the learned Collector, Madhubani within a further period of six weeks therefrom, in accordance with law.
