Heard learned counsel for the petitioner no. 2 Lilawati Devi and learned counsels for the opposite parties. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1689 of 2019 registered under Section

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14770 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner no. 2 submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner no. 2 is mother-in-law of the complainant. There is no specific allegation against her. Petitioner is a woman of clean antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner no. 2 Lilawati Devi be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Gopalganj in connection with Complaint Case No. 1689 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
