2. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 8 , 20 ( b ) ( ii ) of NDPS Act. 3 . As per the prosecution case , 86.93 grams of ganja was recovered from the house of petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated only on the basis of suspicion . No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and he is no way connected with the aforesaid recovery . 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that aforesaid 86.93 grams ganja was recovered from the house of petitioner.

6. Considering the fact that aforesaid ganja was recovered from the house of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
