The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 12/2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 354, 494, 498(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. A supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the petitioner, in which it has been averred that the informant Mamta Devi has solemnized her second marriage with one Nitish Kumar Verma, Son of Manoj Verma, R/o village - Paijna Fatehpur, Post-Madhul Fatehpur, P.S.-Akbarpur, DistrictNawada and the photograph of her second marriage has also been annexed with this supplementary affidavit. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Mahila P.S.
