2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 307, 323, 341, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, two persons are said to have shot at the victim and the bullet hit on the leg of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that only one injury has been caused to the victim and co-accused Vishal Kumar has been granted bail. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to compensate the victim of the money which was spent by the victim for his treatment and he is ready to pay Rs. 45,000/- to the victim. 5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Vaishali at Hajipur/concerned Court below in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 814 of 2023.

8. It is made clear that the amount of Rs. 45,000/- shall be deposited in the court below at the time of furnishing bail bonds and if such an amount is deposited by the petitioner, the same shall be released in favour of the victim by the Court below.
