Petitioner apprehends his arrest in Sidhwaliya P.S. Case No.204 of 2018 registered under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The informant alleged that he got information that Jwala Singh, the petitioner, had kept country made liquor in the bush situated behind the high school and on such the country made liquor was recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the informer has not been disclosed. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Nobody has seen the petitioner keeping country made liquor in the bush situated behind the high school.

Considering the facts aforesaid, let petitioner, above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2557 of 2019(2) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of this order be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Gopalganj in connection with Sidhwaliya P.S.
