2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 142 of 2024 dated 28.03.2024, instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 376, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The prosecution case, in short, is that the informant was in relationship with the petitioner for last four years and due to the relationship, she conceived but the petitioner gave medicines to the informant and aborted her pregnancy. It is also alleged that on 25.03.2024, the petitioner came at her house and established physical relationship with her forcibly. When she

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that from bare perusal of the F.I.R., it transpires that the informant herself stated that she was in relationship with the petitioner. It is also submitted that the marriage of the petitioner was solemnized on 17.04.2024. The informant is married lady. She never raised objection against the relationship with the petitioner. The informant has not produced any evidence with regard to the termination of her pregnancy. Lastly, it has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 30.08.2024 having no criminal antecedents. Charge-sheet has been submitted in the case.
5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge
