This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is allegation of dowry demand and on non-fulfilment of the same daughter of the informant was subjected to cruelty and was killed.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased and there is general and omnibus allegation of dowry demand against her. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City in connection with Daniawan P. S. Case No. 51 of 2013.
