In the instant writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction to investigate Fatuha P. S. Case No. 276 of 2015 dated 20.06.2015.

Referring to para-9 of the counter-affidavit, learned counsel for the State submitted that on completion of investigation, charge-sheet no.37 of 2016 dated 11.02.2016 has already been submitted in connection with Fatuha P. S. Case No. 276 of 2015.

Since the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed and the investigation has been completed, the writ petition is disposed of.
