JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 04-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is aggrieved by non-issuance of letter of appointment, despite the decision of the District Compassionate Appointment Committee.
The husband of the petitioner died in harness on 13.07.2011. Thereafter the petitioner applied for appointment on compassionate ground, which was considered by the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya. The case of the petitioner was further considered by the Compassionate Appointment Committee, however, the matter as to compassionate appointment is not crystallized as yet.
Patna High Court CWJC No.20612 of 2018(3) dt.04-07-2019 2/2 Considering the object behind the compassionate appointment, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in accordance with law at the earliest preferably within a maximum period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
