2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Gwalpara P.S. Case No. 128 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366(A) and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The victim was kidnapped and kept at Patna for two months. Thereafter, she was freed. The mobile phone from which the family members of the victim were called and abused has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9184 of 2024(3) dt.16-04-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the complicity of the petitioner in such a serious crime in which the victim was kept confined for two months, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
