2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 436 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 317(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner was apprehended with a Tractor loaded with Sone yellow sand.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 20.11.2024.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2710 of 2025(2) dt.19-02-2025 2/2 opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. F.C.-IV, Danapur in connection with Ranitalab P.S. Case No. 436 of 2024, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
