There is land dispute between the parties and accusation against the petitioner no.1 is that he forcefully put poison into the mouth of the informant as a result of which she became unconscious.
The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that petitioners are in jail custody for more than eight months and the doctor found only smell of insecticide in the breath of the informant.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the above named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20817 of 2015 (3) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madehpura in connection with Puraini P.S. Case No. 53 of 2014. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) M.Rahman/- U T
