The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 398 and 400 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. The allegation is regarding the Police having reached at the bank premises upon an alarm being raised whereupon the accused persons including the petitioner were apprehended and as far as the petitioner is concerned, upon search being made, three live cartridges were recovered. It is submitted that no recovery of any sort of looted cash currency has been made from the person of the petitioner. In fact there is no allegation of any bank loot having committed by the petitioner. It is further

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 421 of 2018.
