The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered under Sections 386 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation against the petitioner is that he threatened the District Programme Officer when he crossed the attendance of the petitioner. It is submitted that the allegation is false and concocted and the petitioner is in jail since 28.03.2015. The petitioner also lodged a complaint case.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui
