The petitioner is in judicial custody in connection with Barari P.S. Case No.196 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. Direct allegation against the petitioner is that he opened fire upon Raj Kumar Chaudhary who died on the spot. Considering the specific allegation that has been attributed to the petitioner herein, this Court is not inclined to grant him the privilege of bail, which is hereby rejected.

The Trial court is directed to expedite the Trial and take the same to its logical conclusion at the earliest. With the aforesaid observation the bail application is rejected.
