This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged that when the informant was going to attend the call of nature, the petitioner caught the informant and made firing over his chest through pistol as a result of which he sustained injury.

However, injury report of the injured shows one lacerated wound 1"x1/2" x cavity deep over tip of left shoulder and one lacerated wound at front of left chest 4" medial to left nipple at the level of left nipple 1⁄2"x1⁄2"x cavity deep.

No.18425 of 2015 (3) dt.31-07-2015 Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage in connection with Uchaka Gaon P.S. Case No. 16 of 2015 pending in the Court of Sri C.B. Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj.
