The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 120(B) of the I.P.C. Allegation is that the accused persons stopped the self help allowance to the beneficiaries by stopping the message of 'no option'.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 04.12.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. A vague allegation has been made. There is no substantive evidence to suggest the implication of the
