2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 578 of 2022, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegedly, the accused persons tried to grab the informant's land and on protest they started to assault the informant. It is further alleged that when the informant's brother came to rescue him he was also assaulted.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. Both the parties are agnates. The injuries are simple
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6054 of 2024(2) dt.17-02-2024 2/2 in nature. So far as two cases as mentioned in paragraph 3 of the bail petition are concerned, these cases have also been lodged by the same informant i.e. Sanjay Das.
5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 578 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/AKV U T
