2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018.

3. It is alleged that 30 liters of country made liquor was recovered from the house of co-accused Hardangi Manjhi.

4. It is submitted that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely implicated in this case only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Hardangi Manjhi. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and they are no way connected with the aforesaid recovery. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the facts of the case, clean antecedent of

No.4562 of 2025(2) dt.24-02-2025 2/2 the petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Prohibition and Excise Court IIcum-District and Additional Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Sarai P.S. Case No. 253 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
