JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL JUDGMENT (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) Date: 13-11-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the parties, we find that in denying pension to the petitioner for the period he was working as daily wage employee, no error has been committed by the learned Writ Court warranting reconsideration. The petitioner, even after getting the pay in the minimum of the pay scale continues to be a daily wage employee and in rejecting the claim of the petitioner,
