The petitioners are accused in connection with Sessions Trial No.189 of 2014/10 of 2015 arising out of Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 192 of 2012 registered under Sections 147, 148, 323, 504, 307/302 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act pending in the Court of 7th Additional Sessions Judge, Gaya. Earlier prayer of the petitioners for bail was rejected by the this Court on 29.04.2014 vide Cr. Misc. No.26369 of 2013 taking into consideration the nature of the allegation against the petitioners and injuries as found on the person of the deceased.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6655 of 2015 (2) dt.15-04-2015 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners. Accordingly, their prayer for regular bail is rejected.
