Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Charpokhri P.S. Case No.242 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing was recovered from his conscious possession. Petitioner was not arrested at the place of occurrence. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019.
