JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 23-01-2020 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No. 649 of 2019 disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 498A, 307, 504/34 of IPC and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Petitioners are father-in-law and uncle (Fufa) of the informant. They have been made accused in a case under Section 498A of IPC and other sections of IPC with allegation of demand of dowry and assault to the informant and others. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that there are general allegation of assault against the petitioners. Moreover, husband of the informant has gone for

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Sasaram, in connection with Sasaram (Town) P. S. Case No. 649 of 2019.
