The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Minapur P.S. Case No.237 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 429/377 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 11 of the Prevention of Animal Cruelty Act, 1960.

The petitioner is said to have committed unnatural sex with an animal.

The petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2022 and he has clean antecedent.

Considering the period of custody of the petitioner and also the fact that he has clean antecedent, this application is allowed.
