The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of Ram Pravesh Sahni. Thereafter other accused persons also confessed who disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner was arrested but he has not been put on T.I. parade. Motor Cycle was recovered by the side of the road. Ram Pravesh Sahani has already been enlarged on bail vide order passed in Criminal Misc. No. 6384 of 2015. Petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2014. No.22343 of 2015 (2) dt.10-09-2015 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 133 of 2014.
