29.07.2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State.

The Petitioner seeks bail in S.Tr. No. 290 of 2012 arising out of Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 15 of 2011 registered under Sections 302/34 & 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional Sessions Judge-I, Gopalganj.

It has been submitted that now all the witnesses have been examined and the case is still pending for no reasons. I am not inclined to review the earlier order refusing bail to the Petitioner. The prayer for bail is once again rejected. The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within thirty days without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
