2. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Gidha P.S. Case No. 168/2025 which has been instituted for the offences punishable under sections 126(1), 115(2), 117(2), 109(1), 303(2), 352, 3(5), 351(2) of B.N.S. 2023 lodged on 05.09.2025 by the informant, Siyaram Singh.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the accused persons armed variously came and after abuse, the allegation against these petitioners is/are of assaulting Ram Bahadur Singh and Jai Bahadur Singh. When the others came to rescue, they were also assaulted. The injured were shifted to Ara

4. In this case, the coordinate bench called for the case diary which is now on record and the injury report shows that while Jai Bahadur Singh suffered simple injury, Ram Bahadur Singh's injury records as grievous in nature.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioners tried to submit before this Court that they have been falsely implicated and one of the injury to Jai Bahadur Singh has been found to be simple in nature.

6. Learned APP opposes the prayer submitting that so far as Ram Bahadur Singh is concerned, the assault made by these two petitioners have been found to be grievous in nature.

7. In that background, no relief can be extended.
