Case No. 41 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 25(1-b)a/26(i)(ii)/35 of Arms Act and Section(s) 18/20/22/23 of UAP Act and Section 25 of Antiquities and Art Treasure Act, 1972.
Allegation is that there is a recovery of several cartridges from the possession of co-accused Divakar Saw and petitioner was also arrested from there. It further appears that there are allegations relating to sale and purchase of the arms by the Naxalites.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that nothing has been recovered from his possession or from his house. He has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions, made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Vishwajit Kumar, Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Munger, in connection with G.R.
