The petitioner has raised grievance in the instant case that respondents have to take final decision with regard to appointment against the unfilled post of 2614 out of 34,540/- Assistant Teachers appointed under the order of the Hon'ble the Supreme Court.
Counsel for the State and the Commission have submitted that Commission has already published advertisement and invited objection from all concerned and in case the
Patna High Court CWJC No.1818 of 2017(2) dt.01-12-2017 2/2 petitioner files objection, his case along with the other eligible candidates shall be considered by the Commission objectively. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file objection in response to the advertisement published by the Bihar Staff Selection Commission and the Commission is required to consider the case of the petitioner along with other eligible candidates objectively in accordance with law.
