The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 443 of 2018, Special Case No. 11581 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 12.96 litres of illicit liquor from the possession of the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and he is having a clean antecedent and is in custody since 06.12.2018.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3113 of 2019(2) dt.23-01-2019 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Patna in connection with Patna Junction P.S. Case No. 443 of 2018, Special Case No. 11581 of 2018.
