JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 19-01-2024 Perused the report contained in Letter No. 82/2024 dated 15th January, 2024 received from the learned District and Sessions Judge, Nawada. It appears from the report that the LCR as well as some important documents i.e. cognizance order, commitment order, bail bonds of the accused persons as well as routine orders of the learned court below are not available on the record. The report does not say as to what actions have been taken for fixing responsibility of the same, therefore, this Court directs the learned District Judge, Nawada to institute an appropriate inquiry into the matter to fix responsibility of the missing records on the erring staffs/officers, as the case may be.

2. It further appears that the case is now fixed for argument of the learned defence counsel and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of one month.

3. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed of with a direction to the learned trial court to conclude the trial and dispose it of within a period of one month from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
