JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State and learned counsel, appearing for the informant.

Petitioner happens to be husband of informant's daughter and admittedly, marriage had taken place four years ago. Furthermore, it is an admitted position that after marriage, the informant's daughter became mother of two children out of the above-said wedlock. Furthermore, it is an admitted case of the prosecution that informant's daughter committed suicide along with her two children jumping before train.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in course of investigation, the family members of the informant stated that the petitioner was a drunkard and the informant's

Considering the above-said submission as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Begusarari Rail P. S. Case No. 01 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Barauni.
