Petitioner seeks bail in Chhatapur P.S. Case No.262 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 376, 341, 323, 504, 506/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that this petitioner established physical relationship with the informant for last one year on account of which she became pregnant. The petitioner ultimately refused to marry her.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that informant is major girl. She was having physical relationship with petitioner with her consent.

In the impugned order, it is mentioned that victim has given statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C., wherein, she has

Petitioner is in custody since 23.10.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, IV, Supaul, in connection with Chhatapur P.S.
