JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 15-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 72 of 2015 arising out of Brahampura P.S. Case No. 181 of 2012 registered under Section 41 of the Indian Penal Code and section 20/22 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

The prayer of the petitioner for regular bail was earlier rejected on 16.01.2014 by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 24678 of 2013 taking into the consideration the quantity of Charas, i.e. 250 grams, which was said to be recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Having considered the quantity of seized Charas and the period of custody, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sessions Trial No. 72 of 2015 arising out of Brahamura P.S. Case No. 181 of 2012.
