Taking into consideration that two pistols, one Masket (Gun) and one live cartridge are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 603 of 2015 pending in the court of Shri R. Narayan, learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Araria stands rejected.
