2. This writ application is filed for quashing the order dated 24.10.2016 passed by the learned Chairman, Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna in B.L.T. Case No. 272 of 2015 and the order dated 12.01.2015 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Tirhut Division, Muzaffarpur in Ceiling Pre emption Case No. 209 of 2014.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this

Patna High Court CWJC No.6465 of 2017(3) dt.28-11-2024 2/2 case may be disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner for filing an appropriate application before the appropriate authority for return of the deposited money with the authority.

4. Learned counsel for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.

5. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, this case is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner as prayed for.
