The petitioner filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to transfer the petitioner from one school to another as per Rule 3 read with Rule 5(kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018.

Having considered the facts aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Gaya to consider the case of the petitioner for transfer in terms of Rule 3 read with Rule

Patna High Court CWJC No.1993 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 5(kha) of Bihar Nationalized Elementary Teacher Transfer (Disciplinary Action and Promotion) Rules, 2018 and pass order in accordance with law within four months from the date of receipt of this order.
